
Each day (Monday-Friday) from 1:30-2 PM, I set aside phone time to discuss cases and answer questions briefly (2-3 minutes per call).
During regular business hours, any concerns about a pet can be addressed to a BANHC staff member, who will take a detailed report, schedule an appointment if necessary, offer general advice, and relay the information to me.
While the I strive to give my full attention to each and every case, I may not always available to speak with clients over the phone at call in time but will get back to you as soon as I can.
