Each day (Monday-Friday) from 1:30-2 PM, the doctors have phone time
to discuss cases and answer questions briefly (2-3 minutes per call).
During regular business hours, any concerns about a pet can be addressed
to a BANHC staff member, who will take a detailed report, schedule an
appointment if necessary, offer general advice, and relay the
information to Dr. Crowley or Dr. Ricketts. If a client requires more
one-on-one time with the doctor and is not available to come in for an
appointment, a phone consultation can be scheduled.
While the doctors strive to give their full attention to each and every case, they are not always available to speak with clients over the phone
as they are busy with patient appointments and emergencies throughout
the day.
